The hotel had good Wi-Fi connection and provided a complimentary breakfast. the location of the hotel was great, being situated near public transport services and restaurants.

Best place to stay for vegetarian people. Lots of pure vegetarian restaurants are nearby. MRT station is on walking distance and just cross the road is great Mustafa store - open 24 hours a days .... good place to spend free time at late evening after dinner for economical shopping.

there are no supporters or room boys at th hotel. the staff in front desk are not freindly and gave the very short and limited answers wihtout any care.brekfast is unsatisfied.facilities in room ,specialy in bath rooms are well below the standard.

The hotel's location is great as it is just a stone's throw away from the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel is conveniently located right opposite the taxi stand, with big shopping malls nearby, making shopping a breeze.

The hotel's housekeeping services were quite lacking, with dirty corridors and unclean bathrooms mentioned in previous reviews.

The location is extremely convenient. It's close to local malls and it's accross the farrer park MRT station.

Price is too high, i got cockroaches everywhere in my room. The service and cleanliness sucks.

I didn't like the cockroaches, the fold out beds, the peeling wallpaper, the smell, the dirt of the bathroom and bedroom, filthy. Staff were not just ignorant they were very rude and incredibly unhelpful.

The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to public transportation and dining options. the garden area is luxurious and serene. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private balcony and jacuzzi. In-room breakfast was excellent and served on time. Staff service was attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

The only issue was with the limited seating options at the lobby area. this experience was marvelous, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Poor quality of rooms, lack of cleanliness, extremely shabby. We didn't get the room we booked and were told that it didn't exist! Overall...avoidable

Staffs are tooo bad. Very very un-clean had never the bad experience like this hotel. Also very expensive. I do not suggest anybody even Budget / Backpackers also.

Convenient location near MRT, mosque, and malls. Easy access to halal food options. Close proximity to Mustaffa Shopping Centre. Availability of stores selling sim cards, water, and snacks

Hotel is not clean.No tea maker connection. Double bed room converted to 3 bed room.

The fact the shower and tap water was only cold, the rudeness of the staff, the lack of hygiene, the slow and smelly lift, the fact the corridor outside my room smelt of male semen.
